FAYE HEDERA

Faye Hedera, an American visual artist and advocate, believes in the power of art to connect us. Her portraits, focused on womanhood, explore themes of resilience, power, and intuition through vibrant color and intimate perspective, inviting viewers to share in deeply personal experiences.

This belief in connection is at the heart of her "100 Faces of Conway" project, which celebrates the individuals who make up her community. As acting president of The Central Arkansas Collective, she further strengthens these connections by supporting and promoting fellow artists.

Faye's dedication to human stories shines through in her 2024 children's book, "The Lovely Fruit Fairies," featuring children with disabilities, her monthly television series "Meet The Conwegians" on Conway Corporation's Channel 5, and her current work directing a documentary about Functional Neurological Disorder with The Center for Independent Documentaries.
