We are hosting the talented artist Kathy Bay for another Artist Talk! The event will take place at 6 PM at the Arnold Innovation Center in Conway, AR. Her presentation will be an educational look at her practice and will give the public a chance to connect to her work. An original piece of her art is currently on display at the ARC Gallery at 1120 Oak Street in downtown Conway, AR.
